What I'm saying is that its easy to make movies that are funny for kids and doesn't have to sacrifice artistic integrity. Nutty Professor was a great movie that kids can watch, a movie that teaches lessons about tolerance and being comfortable with who you are.I think the reason those movies make so much money is that parents don't know any better. And take them to movies that look like movies that kids might enjoy.

the thing about Eddie Murphy is, he used to make raunchy stand-up and rated R movies, but since having kids, he has pretty much dedicated himself to making movies that his kids can watch...and people make fun of his movies, call them 'bombs', but they make millions, plus millions more on dvd, and the kids love them, which is the point

Ummmm.....Eddie Murphy WAS way funnier. He now produces dreck like Norbit.
