holland were the best team in the group stage bt they certainly dont deserve to win it, spain got two chances and they beat russia twice.. russia wasnt great either, bt dutch were very poor in this game...

actually it was nothing special, it was average, almost weak performance from andrei. in fact i wasn't impressed by him throughout 2007, he was playing under his potential. he like ronaldinho recently at barca, very poorly. if you saw him earlier, in 2005, 2006, he was much stronger player, much faster, and less fat, in form, in his prime. just the big occasion (euro tournament) made it special, compared to a normal match.

The game would end 1-0 to Russia if the stupid referee didn't judge unfairly. There was no foul at the free kick when dutch scored.
