I read that one of the reason that his head is still (aside from the "eyes on the ball" thing) is that the head is heavy, and when one snaps the head the whole body snaps in reaction making shots prone to error. This "head still" is recommended also in serving. How true is this Physics?

No one can hit the ball with the racquet exactly where they want to every time. This observation is not from me, but from Oscar Wegner in his Modern Tennis book. Even top Pros frame shots.
