how long do those lego bearings last? not too perpetual if it melts down in 50 years. even magnets lose 1% magnetic strength over 300 years, they are not even perpetual, it is in our lifetime however, and definitely worth the research, neat demonstration and design. I have a design in mind myself.

so you love me Keronor...i think you're not a gay but i can't belive the youtube is full of these shits about the real perpetuum mobile.

I love these people who say perpetual motion is "impossible"Dark Ages: The idea that the world was circular - Impossible - Proven wrong by Amerigo Vespucci.Prior to Wright Brothers: Human flight - Impossible - Proven wrong by the wright brothers.Prior to the 1900s: Space Flight - Impossible - Proven (You guessed it) wrong.I am not saying this model works. I am CERTAINLY saying it CANNOT work. I am saying, however, "Good job on the design!"

in the first moments there is over unity. resistance[r]= -1, force generated[f]=2. -1+2=1 as the device speeds up r increases and f decreases.. -1.5+1.5=0, or unity.. but there is over unity for a few moments. This is also proven if the device can overcome a load resistance(e.g. a small motor or a fan.)

uh huh w/e but its doesnt start at zero some force moves it so it would be like this..0+1(one being the force)=1=1=1=1=1 so on or increase or like this one because of the magnets COOL MACHINE btw!

Nice. Note how the magnets are turned by the rubber band attached to the center axis.Dadido: Could you please explain the setup inmore detail? Seems like an easy thing to buildand verify once you supply an exact explanation of the mechanics and a complete listing of parts.

I wonder if he used a cleverly done zooming effect after he'd recorded it from the furthest point to speed it up like that and also be able to do the zooming. I'll bet he has a nice camera. Either that or some very special legos that don't cause friction with one another.

Perpetual Motion is virtually impossible.0 cannot equal 1. Hence, Overunity is impossible. However, 0 can and does equal 0. Therefore, an Equilibrium of Input and Output can be reached, thus creating Self-Sustaining Motion.
