You have to take mortuary science classes in college. And you have to work at it. You can't just come to Youtube and ask about it.

yea it takes a diploma to do this job. In the states you usually have to do a few years in college, then going to mortuary school for 2 (or more) years. Here in canada, we take a 1 year program, then do a one year internship in the funeral home where we embalm, meet with families, and everything else funeral directors do.
