Two things always strike me about comments on you tube videos such as this one. First, I am always baffled by the lack of knowledge about these historical events. Second, I am struck and saddened by the level of hatred displayed. The idea of a civil and respectful discourse seems foreign to many of those who participate in these exchanges. There is a level of group think, mindless animosity and anger that, besides being counterproductive, is downright dangerous.

OK smart ass, I know what it means. I'm also quite aware that we have not declared war via congress since WWII. The point I was trying to make is that sometimes war is necessary, it's called the greater good...Sometimes people have to die, to ensure we all don't die.
