Great thing about Floyd, is that unlike some other music every generation can connect to it in some way. It's timeless.

Yes. Something that is all but forgotten in music now-especially here in the States. EVERY cretin with access to a microphone thinks it is an open invitation to lower the quality of the gene pool.

guys, I've seen Roger Waters in Porto Alegre, in 2002 and the whole show made me cry like a baby, especially this song... Imagine if I could have watched the entire Pink Floyd... These times I am sad I'm only 29 years old... 60s and 70s were the best decades of music, in Brazil and in the rest of the world, I guess... thanks for the post!!
