Tranman69, yes this video has something to do with Vietnamese people in Cambodia, especially when the government is backed by Hanoi, they trucked these people to beat up Cambodian to some extend killing it also. Don't believe come to Cambodia my friend. Just like the old Khmer Rouge time the world believe it was Khmer killing Khmer.
