Was the ecuadorian oil company that dumped the waste years after Texaco (now Chevron) left the concession in Ecuador. But of course, it is more feasible to scam money to Chevron than to the poor ecuadorian government. The lawsiut is not to bring the truth out, but to scam money to private investors. Fuck the lawers, all of them.

I worked for Chevron...low wage job. They make like 500,000,000 per shift...and there are like 3 shifts per day....every day 24/7.Do the math...greedy corporate pigs are rich.

If you liberals hate oil so much, why don't you just stop buying petroleum based products?If you say it's only Chevron, then don't do business with them. I mean, what other companies do you have serious issues with that you choose to do business with?For example, I don't like Walmart, therfore I don't shop there, but I don't try to use the power of the Federal government to put them out of business.
