Partagez cette video:
Cisco and IBM are providing the wildlife sanctuary, Carnivore Preservation Trust (CPT) in Pittsboro, North Carolina, with a state-of-the-art server and networking infrastructure. The voice, video and web technologyis dramatically improving the care the CPT staff and volunteers give the exotic carnivores enabling them to better educate the public on importance of saving these endangered animals. Cisco and IBM volunteers worked together to upgrade CPT's aging IT infrastructure. IBM helped CPT deploy a clustered server solution based on IBM System x servers. Cisco redesigned a local area network within the administration building, both wired and wireless. Cisco will also provide a video surveillance solution to enhance security, enable remote veterinary care and the live streaming of video. For more information please visit: www.cptigers.org, www.cisco.com, www.ibm.com/press.
