great video, i have a 9 week old staff and two kids under 5, and there's no way i would have got him if i believed anything the press say. I too believe it's in how the dog is brought up by it's owner. I love my staffy sid :D

I agree and also do love those dogs. But leting them playing with kids and especially babies is steel stupide. Even if the dog is nice we cannot know what it thinks... Dogs in general need to be far from young children. I repete I love dogs but such un immature taught is dangerous.

Great video, it did make me smile. As the owner of 2 beautiful Staffords, i know they get poor publicity. But what i dont get is people who go about how wonderful they are, and how sweet natured, and non aggressive they, yet they dress them up in huge thick leather collars, or thick chains, ot studded harnesses. By doing that, they are giving out the impression that they have a 'tough' or aggressive dog. I just dont get that mentality. People still seem to like the image the Stafford portrays.

Staffies are awesome. My brother had one for many years and they are full of love. Sometimes the wrong people get dogs like these and pit bulls or rothweillers and make them mean, and just perpetuate the bad reputation they already have. No such thing as a bad dog, just bad owners.

not called nanny dogs for nothin..... it's the way they're brought up. treat them like crap an thats wot u get, treat them like a child an they're the most lovin faithful dog u could ever have. worship the ground mine walks on,my world revolves around her, would die for her !

i have a staffy (he is like right beside me now) and they are the best dogever, papers lie and don't tell you who owned it and what has happened in it's past.The reason they attack is because they have been raised that way and staffys love when they do what their owner says, it's not their faults their doing what there told, so basically they think there doing the right thing!!!!!IF THEY EVER BAN STAFFYS I WOULD MAKE A SUPPORT GROUP AND I DON'T CARE WHAT PEOPLE SAY!

sorry 4 posting again lol but i had a staffy since i was 11 and it wasnt even my family's but lookin after it from a friend since then we kept it staffys+best dog in the world by far

What a great tribute to the best dogs in the world. They are patient, brave, funny, loyal, strong, affectionate, passionate and totally lovable. A world without Staffies wouldn't be worth living in. |
