hello singerrachii. Well Done to you! The are wonderful Fables originally from Persia (Iran)but as they are Fables they draw on many cultures. Not many people know but Cinderella was also originally from 1001nights. This is a good way to interpret it. But Schheherazade was in fact my favorite as she was such a cleaver woman & survive, Role model for us all. "GOOD LUCK."

The Belly Dance can not be infused with anything or it stops being the Belly dance only in the USA do you callsuch Bellydance fucione! The rest of the world call it Oriental fantasy as this is. It is not titled as "Belly dance!" that is because it quite obviously is not!. It Is a BEAUTYFULY Performed Arabian Fantasy. & BRAVA to the dancer.

It is lovely & NOT supposed to be Belly dancing, It is like somthing out of The story's of Ali Baba & the forty Thives which is of course from the fables 1001 nights!.

it has elegance in its movement, has got a class, has got simplicity it moves you so much that you forget every thing around you and want to just watch and watch and watch. wow yana makarova is a dancer who is out of this world yet her class is beyond. In her lies the elegance of a lady and she never looses it while performing. it is a feast for your eyes to watch this dance and i want to see it for ever and ever to come so long as i live.

wow i have seen this dance for the first time in my life and it is so much attracting. The beauty lies in the elegance of the chrismatic movements with which the lady performs.
