I am happy you enjoyed it, I adore his works and the "Persian March" just sticks in my head. The Persian March and Gerome's paintings..a splendid combination! I'd never seen many of these but they were all wonderful. My intro to his work was over 55 years ago in a school book..a b/w repro of his famous gladiatorial work "We Who Are About to Die Salute You". I love his work-- so rich and detailed. Might someday you do a video on the art of Lawrence Alma Tadema? Thanks for sharing your beautiful videos on YOU TUBE.
