I live in Norway so I can understand the situation.. but I bet no one here is using spike/winter tires. It happens when the snow suddenly appears. and if no one is prepared, this happens. but I must say that those two guys accelerating is a major stupidity. Don't ever think "I can do it" when there is slippery outside!
