I dry them, grind them into dust with a coffee/spice grinder and put 500mg (1/2 gram) in gelatin capsules (available at drug/health food stores). Easy to dose..(3 for fun, 6-9 for holy shit..), and they work incredible with no stomach problems. No fuss, no bad taste, just hold on to your hats.I used to make tea and all that, but I just do not enjoy the taste of mushrooms AT ALL. This eliminates this problem COMPLETELY! (makes them almost like lsd) (well not)

ratio is 2 parts verm, 1 parts BRF/h20use distilled water for all

its a BRF cake, brown rice flour (organic), vermiculite, and water. Thats it. Mix, put into jars. Sterilize in pressure cooker for 1 hr, let cool. Inoculate the jars with a sterile spore syringe. Keep in the dark at 82 degrees until the jar is fully colonized. Then remove the cake from the jar. Submirge in water for 24 hours. Re-cover the cakes with verm. Place in any 96-100% humidity terrarium on tin foil squares. (Use perlite) Spray the base of the cakes with a spray bottle at least once daily

So what exactly is the "cake" he's growing these on? This looks like a great way to grow them
