The red dot that hits 25 times is a level 3 super. Best set up is to hit with his level 3 in the corner, then use qcf+B (236b) to set the dot.The green dot that I use in the video a lot is when you are in Tranquility and do his Enchant (236A / qcf+A). It "poisons" the opponent and drains their life.Please refer to the Monster Wiki for more details.
