I don't actually know what he's talking about and I've been using macs for 13 or so years. Listen to what he says about the key commands - he finds it so difficult because the silly muppet has been trying to hit the wrong keys. At 2.10 he claims you can inadvertently rename a system file and crash it. Only if you log in root so in which case if you go and do that you're probably too stupid to be using a computer. He's a stooge. Ah well, some people you just can't reach.
