Well, they can deny him from making accounts, but I do not really think they would do that.TD does have a backup-account though, but he has stopped uploading videos:((

tht is such ashame cause i am a huge fan of trance musicthink he will be allowed to make another account and be given a second chance, or they wont allow tht

*Continued reply*But TranceDevotee aws a big uploader, and he was popular, so many people watched his videos. Also he might have been more "targeted", seeing he was a big uploader. So laywers (producers / artists hire them) checked his songs on a regular basis, jsut waiting for him to make a "mistake"(uploading a copyrighted song).That is what I and many other people believe

Well, in one way, yes. But really, no. What TD did was that he uploaded a song which an artist / producer had the rights to. TranceDevotee had not asked the artist / producer to upload a song of their belonging. So u can upload as much as u want, as long as u don't upload a song u need to ask for permission before uploading.If a random guy uploads like 2-5 videos which he actually needs to ask an artist / producer for allowance to upload, he probably wouldn't be suspended.

He didn't physically die, but he got suspended. He had uploaded more than thousand great trance / techno songs!!After he got suspended he just.. stopped, he was a few videos from his goal! :S
