Actually the most spoken language is Mandarin Chinese(consider the population in China XD ) English is 2nd, Hindi 3rd,Spanish 4th and Arabic 5th...you can find the information on many websites...

to be honest spanish is the most spoken language in the world ^^(well, my english and french teachers told me that). Spanish is a nice language.... i hope to learn it once, its difficult sometimes (a special s-like sound). But i like to learn mexican spanish (there's a difference between then i'm told). And then i can visit Mexico, Argentina, Peru, or Equador (after i saved money a few years)^^
