I have a Yamaha guitar. It's the cheapest in the line-up but still plays good. You get biggest bang for the buck with Yamaha.I wish Yamaha will make the frets with the material that lasts longer such as stainless steel. Or even better, something like carbide that last longer than guitar itself? ^_^ Yamaha's replacement neck costs more than my guitar and re-fretting job costs even more.I think nickel silver had its time and should belong in the museum.

Because the name "Laminated body" has a bad name. Some guitar makers glue a few pieces of wood together just to avoid using more costly one piece wood, and not the reason for better resonance.

No tone unfortunately mate, it's just a fiddly pickup selector.

I don't know why they don't just call it a laminate body, because that's EXACTLY what it is.

I would love to have this guitar, but I like a guitar with a lot of tones, so no tone knobs would be a bummer. If I did get it (and wanted to keep it for a while), I'd add some coil-taps.
