It looks like a DeArmond Jetstar, although I have not seen one with that type of bridge or pickups before. The body is dead sexy, tho. Especially in yellow.

It is because The B-52's are one of the best bands ever and real music these days is rare. Their first album is flawless and that is rare for any band to make a flawless album, Let alone their first album!
