Previous reply fialed - I think it was from a tour that Tina Turner and other artists did to Africa late 60ies. Seem to remember it was called 'Soul to Soul' or 'Back to Soul' or something similar. If anybodu else can add anything please do as I've trying to track it down - TT & the Icketts were blistering hot !!

Where was this video taken? I saw mostly black policemen so maybe it was some African counry. The crowd looked like they were really into it.Now thats how you enjoy a concert.
