its an optical illusion, the card isnt floating away from the other cards, it is just moving down and to the left of the cards.

its made out of two clear platic things thats shaped lik a z and one part of the z sticks on the card hes holding and the other end of the z is on the floating card and wen u tilt it pushes the card up and u can c that the guy is tilting his hand |
