In USA it is not the 'most suitable' who is elected for Presidency, but the person who has or can 'muster' most money (and then retrives many times over after elections). That is what a Capitalist Democracy is all about, where you are FREE id you have the money, otherwise you are under the clutches of CIA, FBI, IRS ......etc..
