I'm going to have to respectfully disagree. It's difficult to say that one "rocks harder" than the other, especially if you are a big fan of one (as I am of BNL). Now, I'm pretty sure BNL aren't the first people with the idea, but they did have it before Weezer. It is true, though, that Weezer had a bigger budget, as BNL is on their own independent label, which may have resulted to a "more impressive" video. Personally, I think both are pretty awesome.
