Un truc aussi pharaonique pour produire juste 200 MW, j'y crois pas trop. Une centrale solaire (tapez SEGS sur google) à concentration peut produire la même chose en occupant beaucoup moins d'espace et sans construction hors de prix... De même, une cinquataine de grandes éoliennes...

Ces tours sont des escrologies...surtout celle à 1km de haut...N'importe quoi!Mieux vaut une tour solaire à effet vortex, une centrale solaire à concentration...ou encore des montagnes solaires...

I don't understand how that's being seriously considered. 40Mw for 240 million euros, that's WAY more than all the other green generators. For that money you could build a giant parc of SES Sterling dishes or other similar generators. Solar tower is BS

I've been searching for the price of the construction of this 200 MW generator but unfortunaly I did'nt find but there is another solar tower project in spain in fuente el fresno:40 MW for 240 millions euros.

How much does it cost to build this 200MW generator in comparison to other green power generating methods of identical output?(200MW. It's a nice idea, but the numbers have to work.
