The fat thing with the teacher puppet is the teacher's actual controlling wife, not Pink's; Pink's wife is the flaming hair scorpion thing. If you listen to the first songs in the album it mentions how the teachers were beaten up by their wives nd how they let their anger off at the children.

Pink is supposed to be Syd and this is his trial when they was admitting him to the mental house thats what i think and they even show his mom wanting to take him home like wall arms she never let Syd do anything so thats representing her when the woman with wall arms is saying let me take him home. Then at close to the end the judge says i sentence you to be exposed send down the wall meaning he will be exposed as being crazy in the mind to all by being put in the mental house..
