Thats right her voice was not altered, however its impossible for the human voice to change notes that fast so they recorded each note in isolation then they digitized the notes to fit the music.

Apparently, according to commentary in the special edition of the movie her voice wasn't altered. If she really did all that without computer wow that;s like crazy. But in an awesome way.
