After some time when Prime Minister Nehru`s health was deteriorating Indira left Feroze and came back to Nehru with her elder son Rajiv, to live with him. The family grocer Younus`s son befriended her. No one knows whether they married or not, but her second son Sanjay was born to him.

Feroz`s father was muslim who married a Farsi woman whose second name was Gyandi who had converted to Islam, so he was Feroz Khan. Indira converted to Islam and had a nikhaa in London with Feroz Khan. Gandhi and Nehru sensed the future problems for Nehru`s future, and thought up a plan. The couple were brought to Gandhi`s ashram and were re-wedded in Arya samaj rites and Feroze Khan was made to change his second name to Gandhi by an affidavit. Feroze was blackmailing Nehru till he died.

It takes yesrs to understadn GAndhi. It is easy to get mislead by the thought that he is just a champion of so called "non violence" and there are other heros who could bring freedong by bullet. Gandhi showed the mankind a way of life, that is the true meaning of freedom. You cant win a person with great character even if you have a great army by your side. you can troture him, or get his dead body, but you can not win his obedience. It takes a life time to understand Gandhi.

When I was little I thought I understood Gandhi. But,his coolness to Bhagat singh`s hanging, his opposition to Subhash Chandra Bose, his hand in choosing Nehru over Gandhi against the popular Congress members` votes, his decision to keep quite when muslims muderd Hindus and resorting to fasting when hindus retaliated, his role in Indira getting the Gandhi tag despite her marrying a muslim, are not innocent. He alonwith Nehru is cause for the problems India is facing today.
