of course, you cant compare a fifth gen fighter with a fourth gen fighter, j-10 is compared to f-16 and f-18.

i cant remember, i just watched a show in the military channel about the swedish warplanes and their history. this plane on the video assembles a lot like the one i saw on that show because of that wierd wing in front of the plane.

Yep,J-10 is used with the SAC J-11B (Chinese Su-27 upgrade version). Some of the J-11B's performance is comparable to Russian's Su-35BM. That's why Russian failed to sell the Su-35BM to the Chinese.Because the Chinese just need a good body to carry their aviation technology.

Yes you are right. The CAC people call it FC-20 in Singapore AirShow 2008,and I can seen it in their catalogue also.
