The notion that the flag "blew down" at take-off or even during "RCS hotfire tests prior to liftoff" is supported at (answers(dot)google(dot)com(slash)answers(slash)threadview?id=591004) Manbigus.

As you probably well know, the US flag was rigged to stay open and up by a pole. Once the Lunar Module took off the flag was blown down by the wind created by takeoff. There was no air/wind on the moon except what was created through the landing and takeoff.

their assuming everything is perfect at the landing site, light reflects differently across uneven terrain, objects in the light path,so simple, yet they missed it,go back to school.

who said the terrain of the moon is perfectly flat, without any debris around the landing site, then I would say yes the shadows and reflections don't make sense.bunch of retards,I want to know what school they[slept at]ah,studied at.Retards, and you made a video,go hide in a box.

No one can say that apollo was a hoax just because of a few dodgy photographs ,nasa needs to make money just like any other company so if they need to fake a few photographs for marketing purposes, so what,it doesnt mean the whole thing was a sham.Just watched a programme on discovery about the developement of the lunar rover, why would they spend millions on that when they could have had the astronauts just walk about like on previous missions.Dont you think they had enough things to fake.

David Groves knows very well what he is talking about. He knows that he is perpetuating a lie based on his credentials as a physicist. This man is a disgrace. Anyone that believes this horse shit should see a doctor.

Of course they went to the moon, but some of the footage - without a doubt - were staged. The US was embarrassed by their AV unpreparedness. They should just admit it and put these conspiracy nuts to bed.

It's a moronic guess, designed to stretch the distance between the flag and the astronaut as much as possible, adorned with circular, pseudo-scientific window dressing, whilst you try to play down the level of compaction of the lunar surface adjacent to the flag, which is clearly apparent from your video. I'm still waiting to hear why the flag moved in the opposite direction that would be expected if it were moved by air rush.

8 feets is an estimation , based on the supposed lenght of the flag (5 feets) plus the estimated distance at wich this clown is passing by , approx 3 feets 5+3 = 8 ...the pole is then at 8 feets , on a soft particulate sand-like surfac e, your ground vibrations are hilarious , pathetic moron. |
