Andy: The problem? TNA is doing all the things WCW did--beyond getting new management that hated wrestling to start with--that put WCW out right off the bat (stealing talent from other companies, rehashing old storylines, making horrid booking decisions, giving the wrong people creative control, etc.).

WCW was on its last legs before Vince bought it for this angle. The big time guy--Goldberg (as DDP was made to be a joke in WWE, Scott Steiner is a roided-up freak, Sting hates the WWE product [hence why he joined TNA, which is WCW's second coming mainly], Nash [as Diesel] & Hogan were in WWF before they went to WCW)--was not used because Goldberg was basically the no-selling Shamrock mold that looked like Austin (Austin was in WCW before entering the WWF, but he became WWF's top Attitude draw).
