Yes, Cath asks how long he & Sarah have been together. After Gil says, "I gotta go, thanks." Cath says "And to think all these years I thought you were this lonely workaholic." (someone that works all the time). I hope this helps.

I can't understand very well,I'm Italian,they speak too fastly for me.Expecially I wanted to know,when Gil is going away,what Cath asks him."How long have you&Sarah been toghether?"Is it correct?and does he answer"I gotta go,thanks"?I think it's wrong.Finally I have no idea of what Cath says when then Gil smiles and goes away.Can anybody help me to understand?I don't need the translation if anyone speaks Italian.Thank you very much,StefaniaPS:sorry if my English is bad!
