I am from a poor country also, recently came to America (with about $300 in my pocket), and feel the same way. "At least I am free!" What a great country to be living in! I'm blessed to be here.Americans around me don't appreciate the birth gift they were given, to be born a citizen of a country everybody wants to live in. Let's remind ourselves of that more often,find a reason of joy in it,let that be a motivation for us to be better, succeed more and help the ones less fortunate than us.
