but the first time he did go SSJ it looked hell awesome, but every time after that it just got less good looking.. until the next forms came out, like LSSJ and so on and so forth

well when goku was fighting frieza he wasn't that powerful. At then he transformed the first time and was just learning how to use the super saiyan body but in here he has developed and goku's more powerful that's why cooler is killed much more faster.

It takes Goku about 15 episodes to kill Frieza and 30 mins to kill Cooler. What's with that.
