it was two midgets, one was the top, and one was the bottom, if you notice, at the end, he didnt get up by himself, the doctor helped him

the black guy had his whole body inside his half of the "cut", not your traditionally perceived "inside the box". And I bet theres another guy inside the pants, thats why it looks so stuffed and they were able to move after being assembled together again.

The half man theory is does not fit, if you look at the last part of the clip he gets up and jumps and walks. So I agree its someone thin that has his legs bend up to his chest and slides them down into the legs when they lay him down. If you can see at the end they lay the legs down and you can tell they are fake.
