With throwing a ball, probably the guy that can control every muscle contraction etc.. because he can generate much more power by utilizing and shifting weight and momentum more adeptly than someone who just throws with an unconscious reaction, because the guy that just think's "throw", yes he can throw, but his attributes when doing so are less significant.

No we would be an incredibly sub-human vegetable in a full time state of trying to maintain just staying alive.Ask yourself this: who is the better sportsman (let's take throwing a ball as an example) the one who has to think about every tiny muscle contraction and plan the arc the ball makes with mathematics, or the one that does all that automatically, unconsciously, behind the scenes and just thinks 'throw'.

Yes, but we do use much less than 100% consciously. If you could consciously use 100% of your brain, you would be incredibly superhuman - your reaction time would be a fraction of what it is now, you could control your mood, blood pressure, immune system, hormones, muscle development, body mass index, metabolism, aging, skeletal structure, genetic makeup, and a whole lot of other things.

The reason he asked him about all those questions where he would be forced to tell the truth such as his shoe size, what shoes he wears, his full name, his mother's maiden name, etc. to continuously hear what he sounds like when he tells the truth.

You do know that whole 10% thing is bullshit and isn't true for anyone right?We all use all of our brains. Brain matter is very expensive in terms of body maintenance/nutrition and if we only used 10% the other 90% simply wouldn't be there.
